About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Little Way Studios Pty Ltd of Orange, NSW, Australia, and they apply when you use the PrayMove app or this website. By using either, you accept them.

The app and subscriptions

The core of PrayMove — including its guided prayers — is free. An optional subscription unlocks the full content library. Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account; you can manage or cancel them at any time in your Apple ID settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Content and ownership

The traditional prayers themselves belong to everyone. The audio recordings, arrangements, written reflections, design, and software that make up PrayMove belong to Little Way Studios or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use them within the app. Please don’t copy, redistribute, or resell them.

Groups and shared content

PrayMove lets you form small, invite-only groups. Within a group, what you write is visible to its members: your display name, the group’s name, and any prayer requests you share. That is the full list — your runs, dedications, and everything else stay yours.

Keep what you share worthy of the space: no harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexually explicit material; no spam or advertising; nothing unlawful; nothing that shares another person’s private information without their consent; and nothing unrelated to prayer or your group’s purpose. A group is for praying for one another — content that has no place at that table has no place here.

Every piece of shared content can be reported from inside the app, and you can block a member to hide their content from your view. We review every report and act within 24 hours. We — and group leaders — may remove content, members, or whole groups at our discretion, without prior notice, to keep these spaces safe. Concerns about shared content: hello@littlewaystudios.au.

Not medical advice

PrayMove is a prayer and fitness companion, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, stop if you feel unwell, and stay aware of your surroundings — especially near roads. You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety.

Not an official Church publication

PrayMove is independently developed and has not received any official Church endorsement or review. It is an aid to prayer, not a substitute for the guidance of your own pastor or spiritual director.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse the app or this website — for example, by attempting to breach security, scrape content, or interfere with the service for others.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill. Beyond what the law doesn’t allow us to limit, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be flagged in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions? Email hello@littlewaystudios.au.
