About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Little Way Studios Pty Ltd of Orange, NSW, Australia, and they apply when you use the PrayMove app or this website. By using either, you accept them.

The app and subscriptions

The core of PrayMove — including the guided Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet — is free. An optional subscription unlocks the full content library. Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account; you can manage or cancel them at any time in your Apple ID settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Content and ownership

The traditional prayers of the Church belong to everyone. The audio recordings, arrangements, written reflections, design, and software that make up PrayMove belong to Little Way Studios or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use them within the app. Please don’t copy, redistribute, or resell them.

Not medical advice

PrayMove is a prayer and fitness companion, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise programme, stop if you feel unwell, and stay aware of your surroundings — especially near roads. You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety.

Not an ecclesial publication

PrayMove is independently developed and has not received an imprimatur or formal ecclesial review. It is an aid to prayer, not a substitute for the guidance of your priest or bishop.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse the app or this website — for example, by attempting to breach security, scrape content, or interfere with the service for others.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill. Beyond what the law doesn’t allow us to limit, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be flagged in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions? Email hello@littlewaystudios.au.
